The U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School is returning to a normal training schedule. With the release of FRAGO 29 to Headquarters, Department of the Army EXORD: Army Wide Preparedness and Response to Coronavirus, which opens up travel for students, all Army Special Operations training at SWCS is reinstated.

According to the EXORD, all Special Operations Forces force generation activities such as Assessment and Selection, Permanent Change of Station or TDY associated with Army Special Operations Forces Qualification Courses, as well as follow-on travel to the first duty station for personnel assigned to U.S. Special Operations Command is approved without the need for an ETP.

Additionally, all Advanced Skills Courses will resume July 1. Currently, some advanced skills have been conducted with COVID mitigation. All courses will run at full capacity. If a student missed an Advanced Skills class due to previous restrictions, please see your Schools NCO to reschedule attendance.
